Bus travel in Vietnam is slow but eventful. This shot was taken on the road between Plei Ku in the Central Highlands and Quy Nhon on the coast.

Rail travel is along a north/south run. For great lengths, there exists only a single track. Trains making the full trip between Saigon and Hanoi get priority. Others, like the train I was on from Danang to Hue, must wait at one of the few stretches where they can get out of the way.
